Kerry’s yoga classes have been a centre-point for my well-being for many years. Her gentle spirit, her experience and expertise, and her ability to cater for, and encourage, all levels ensure that her classes are warm, welcoming and inclusive. Monday evening classes always feel like a reward after being launched into another busy work week and helps to prepare me for the rest of the week. Sunrise beach yoga is inspirational and life-affirming. I’m excited to see her plans for the future and feel blessed to have her in my life.
I am a huge yoga fan from living in Sydney where I frequently attended high intensity vinyasa flow classes, I was totally addicted and loved these classes. Since moving from Australia to Pembrokeshire I have found it really hard finding anything like my amazing Sydney classes. It has taken me 4 years to come across Kerry and she has allowed me to rekindle my love of yoga. She provides a class that is creative and fresh, she allows for all varying abilities whilst always offering poses that can challenge. Her classes are fun and intimate and I always leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and at the same time focused and relaxed. I think she is truly talented.
I love my Yoga classes with Kerry , she is a gentle breath of fresh air in my busy life, thank you xxx
There is no better way to start a new week than kerrys Monday class. It does everything a yoga class should do – reharmonises you from the weekend, restores your mental wellbeing with meditation and rebalances you ready for the week ahead. Perfect.

Fantastic teacher who ensures class is suitable for all, always come out feeling invigorated and ready for whatever day ahead brings. Having broken my back a few years ago I need to work core strength and stability as well as flexibility, Kerry’s class has improved everything 100%
I have been going to Kerry’s Friday classes since the birth of my daughter and her active but mindful classes definitely helped me with postnatal recovery.
Wonderful lady and wonderful class.
Monday aren’t the best – getting back in to work after the weekend, planning for the week ahead and all the other things that Monday throw at us. However since joining Kerry’s Monday Yoga class, I find myself looking forward to Mondays – seriously!
I’d only done yoga at home before joining class and was not sure if I would be able to keep up, but I was able jo join the class comfortably as a beginner, and after the first term I’ve been super pleased to see that my heels are starting to get closer to the floor in downward dog…which is something I never thought would happen! Kerry’s class gives a perfect balance of physical challenge combined with relaxation and I leave Monday class feeling great.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerry’s classes. Her warm and welcoming approach and accessible teaching style is brilliant!
Recently I attended an Introduction to Qoya facilitated by Kerry. What an amazing, joyous, enlightening experience!
Kerry is a creator and holder of sacred space. Her heart is open and expansive as she holds a safe space for women to experience their wise, wild and free self.
I encourage you to give yourself 90 minutes of pure bliss with Kerry and Qoya
Kerry is a wonderful teacher, supportive, helpful and caring, and as she practices what she is teaching that allows you to have faith in that she understands what she is teaching. I have just completed a mindfulness course with Kerry, and found it an amazing experience, that has helped me with both meditation and my general outlook on life. Perhaps the best thing about Kerrys teaching is her honesty, although she emits calm and togetherness, she openly talks about how she has challenges and how she overcomes them daily, i.e. she acknowledges she is human, and that we have to work at things. She taught me to look at life slightly differently, and although I don’t suppose I will ever ’emit calmness’ the tools she gave me do help me shift my focus and look at life differently and genuinely have had a positive effect on my everyday life, which at the end of the day is no bad thing.
Since joining Kerry for yoga practice and developing my own practice, my flexibility and core strength has seen a major improvement.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or more advanced, there is something in this class for all those who want to learn or improve their yoga.
Kerry has also ventured into online tuition and I have to say, it is great to be able to do yoga at home as well as with fellow students.
Highly recommend for uplifting soul, body and spirit.
