I am a huge yoga fan from living in Sydney where I frequently attended high intensity vinyasa flow classes, I was totally addicted and loved these classes. Since moving from Australia to Pembrokeshire I have found it really hard finding anything like my amazing Sydney classes. It has taken me 4 years to come across Kerry and she has allowed me to rekindle my love of yoga. She provides a class that is creative and fresh, she allows for all varying abilities whilst always offering poses that can challenge. Her classes are fun and intimate and I always leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and at the same time focused and relaxed. I think she is truly talented.

Monday aren’t the best – getting back in to work after the weekend, planning for the week ahead and all the other things that Monday throw at us. However since joining Kerry’s Monday Yoga class, I find myself looking forward to Mondays – seriously!
I’d only done yoga at home before joining class and was not sure if I would be able to keep up, but I was able jo join the class comfortably as a beginner, and after the first term I’ve been super pleased to see that my heels are starting to get closer to the floor in downward dog…which is something I never thought would happen! Kerry’s class gives a perfect balance of physical challenge combined with relaxation and I leave Monday class feeling great.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kerry’s classes. Her warm and welcoming approach and accessible teaching style is brilliant!
